Lighting up the Mumbai skyline

An incredible opportunity opened up for this fledgling arts organisation on a 137 foot wide by 12 foot height billboard space across the iconic Marine Drive skyline on a foot bridge that has stood as a landmark feature in Mumbai since 1951. The space offered an opportunity to exhibit a public artwork to express the essence of the organisation's studio and art space operations and to make a strong visual statement for the people of Mumbai to enjoy.

A year in the making and created through a combination of photography and watercolour art, this mixed media artwork stood gloriously through the month of January 2018 making its very own iconic statement. A proud moment for this fledgling artist, whose design and concept was collaborated on, complimented and enriched by the excellence of the creative team at ArtDesh.
